I have to say, I love that graphic! I'm a sucker for rainbows.
I've been asked why I write GLBTQ romance a lot over the past few years. The answer is two fold - One, I'm queer. Two, growing up there were never any romance stories I could relate to. I wasn't a damsel in distress. I wasn't an asshole Lord or cowboy or whatever stereotypical male, who needed to be softened and shown the healing power of love via a woman's heaving breasts. LOL I was just a queer kid who wanted to read about other queer people doing romantic things. All while dressed fabulously, of course. ::wink::
Thus, my foray into GLBTQ romance began. I wrote my first gay character when I was in my early teens. He's still around today, though his story changed. He's Faldor, from "Betrayed."
For my part in the giveaway today, I'm offering up a free pdf copy of any of my GLBTQ titles, found on my website at www.dcjuris.com.
To enter to win, leave a comment below with your e-mail, and the title of the story you'd like to win. Remember, only GLBTQ titles are eligible.
GOOD LUCK!!
****PLEASE BE AWARE: I write GLBTQ romance. GLBTQ stands for gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, and queer. This means my works feature same sex relationships AND same sex sexual acts. If winning that kind of a book isn't your cup of tea, I think you might be at the wrong blog hop. Just sayin'. ****
